Dr. Vinayana Jain

A medical doctor and lifelong practitioner, Dr. Vinayana guides students through the classical traditions of Hatha, Ashtanga, and Meditation — with a practice rooted in breath, awareness, and mindful movement.

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga and shaped by her medical understanding, she integrates breath, movement, and mindfulness into a holistic practice that goes beyond the physical — nurturing emotional balance, mental stillness, and spiritual awareness.
